Shipping Policy
We prepare each order carefully and provide delivery information during checkout. Delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination, product availability, carrier conditions, weather, and customs processing.
Order Processing
Orders are usually prepared within 3–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time includes order review, item preparation, and packing. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If an order contains items with different processing times, the longer processing time may apply to the complete order. We will contact you by email if additional information is needed.

Orders of $79 or more qualify for free standard shipping when the free-shipping offer is available for the destination and shown at checkout. The final shipping fee and available delivery option will be displayed before payment is completed.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, we will send the tracking information to the email address provided with the order. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of severe weather, carrier backlogs, customs inspections, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@Lesike.com and include your order number and shipping address.
Address Changes
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct your shipping address. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address. Lesike is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incomplete or incorrect address entered at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
